Competitors are the organizations that can be a danger for us to win the opportunity. They must exist in Eritrium database in order to be added to the opportunity. The following figure shows a competitors tab at the sales opportunity form:
Clicking on any of them the competitor form is displayed as follows:
The data managed in the competitor details form is:
❑Competitor: Information about the competitor and the product used:
❑Product: The product they are offering to our customer and competes against ours.
❑Address the address of the competitor
❑Key Information: Information to take in consideration when fighting against the competitor:
❑Strengths: Points of strength of the competitor when compared with us.
❑Weakness: Points of weakness when compared with us.
❑Pricing: Pricing strategy of the competitor.
Competitors must be created previously as business partners. You can add or remove competitors using the following buttons located in the tab "Sales Team" at the sales opportunity form:
